All of our accessories are handmade with care, which means each item is one of a kind. Slight variations in colour, shape or design are part of the charm and character of handmade pieces. We always do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photos to help you choose what’s right for you.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or update product details at any time without notice.

We accept secure payments via the options available at checkout. Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please make sure all your details are correct before checking out. We ship Australia-wide and may also offer international shipping in the future. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo so we can help sort it out quickly.
